UNAAVIHS designs have an essential understanding of the distinction between spaces for the collective and the individual. And there are a range of spaces in between: semi-collective, semi-private, private but attached, collective but detached, large, small, linear, oblong, circular, etc. A good architect creates a taxonomy of forms meeting multiple spatial conditions of a living or working space while being assured to produce purely isolated and vastly combinatory spaces.
First, we study the total available space and demarcate different zones and associated activities take place in these zones. Then patterns of movements of people in the available volume of spaces are identified keeping in mind the details of all furniture, equipment and hardware.
We maintain balance of spaces with focal points of actions and visibility to add more usable spaces to make your house or workspace more comfortable for human experience. We suggest best arrangement of furniture and accessories in these zones of spaces. Passageways are designed in such a way to achieve economy & usability and increase the perceived size of a room.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Our interior designs while planning decoration and lighting deploy vertical/horizontal line principles to extend or reduce the proportions of a room. Our hallmark space planning can even borrow space from outside to give you a continuous view of the outside world.
